This one is a winner! It is a versatile dressing or sauce that can be used for pretty much anything! It is good on tacos, lettuce wraps, salads, in egg salad and basically anything you can imagine! Avocados and olive oil are full of healthy fats and greek yogurt is high in protein so you can’t go wrong with this delicious creamy sensation!
Creamy Avocado Yogurt Dressing/Sauce
1 large avocado
1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon hot sauce (omitted)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Cover and refrigerate.
The Mad Radish says: This is a really thick dressing so feel free to add some apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar to thin it out! Especially if you like zippy tasting dressings!
