Mint Chocolate Smoothie
5-6 ice cubes
3/4 cup (approx) almond milk
1/4 cup water
1 scoop low carb chocolate protein powder
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth, adding more ice or more liquid to get desired consistency.
And that is it! Easy peasy! Lots of good protein with very few other calories (almond milk is only 35 calories in a cup!). Enjoy!
